Today is the perfect day for going out skiing, it has been snowing for the last couple of days and the temperature is just right, with - 6 C...But my boyfriend is working on a short movie the whole weekend and I dont feel like skiing by myself, I am not so good at XC skiing!
So I began drawing the essential kit for a ski-tour, maybe next time I will do the real thing!

This time i am gonna talk about stockfish, or stoccafisso. Its a very popular dish in italy, and especially in my home town ancona. So this is a very short introduction to Ancona, and soon there is gonna be a second part about his majesty the stockfish!

This is RAKFISK, we usually eat it at Christmas, so I am a little bit late posting this drawing now, but I blame it on the holidays :)
Rakfisk tends to get more "smelly" as time goes by, and around Easter its at its TOP (or bottom, it depends on how you look at it....) So now it would be the perfect time to eat it een if its not christmas!
Have fun reading about this norwegian specialty!
